For Narrators, running Heortlander games, I'd say Dragon Pass, Land of Thunder.

I've found this to be a veritable gold mine of inspiration for invention and a repository of incentive to look to other sources.

It's even led me to wonder what significance The Upland Marsh has in relation to the Stream, Creek and River becoming fully 'middle world'; but that's another story.
