Is the new policy actually in effect, or are people being asked (and its been foreshadowed for several months now) not to fan publish/fundraise for cons/promote Glorantha until the policy *does* come into effect - that is, pretend that its in effect even though no one knows what the policy is?

Having the prime fundraising vehicle for a con pulled because of a policy that no one is allowed to see literally days before the event (when the deposits have all been paid for) is simply ***unbelievable***

What about the Continuum Book and its Gloranthan content? Has it been similarly frozen, or is the ban selective?
