*Bloodlines* are strictly exogamous. Whether *clans* are exogamous depends on your reading of the source material - and plenty of us have clans who regard it as normal and acceptable to marry between bloodlines in the same clan. If a newly published scenario agrees with us (I haven't read it in enough detail to comment), that's nice. But this discussion has happened in gruesome detail before, and I'd suggest reading the archives.
