Yes, and that's the entire point of that subcult. She hands her fertility to Ernalda for safekeeping, goes and does the Red Woman bit, then returns, gets her fertility back, and stops fighting.

The original question was how to be a Vingan warrior and a mother (Orane initiate), both at once.

This sounds to me like an odd viewpoint for a devotee. An initiate, maybe, but a devotee? Nothing to stop PCs being odd, of course!
