Well, in Glorantha the social/religious gender differences will override the biological ones even more than they do on Earth, anyway.
And in terms of Getting Lost, I notice that Vinga has a Pathfinder sub-cult.... (which I now realise I was going to take another look at, having briefly play-tested it).
I don't remember off-hand what skills Issaries initiates have in this matter, but I bet they've got something.
How many of the Orlanth sub-cults have a "don't get lost" sort of skill?
Clan common magic? "Know location on tula"?
