Now I may be getting confused (I probably am) but I thought the Telmori curse was imposed by Talor the Laughing Warrior, because the Telmori backed the wrong side (Nysalor/Gbaji)*. In which case, Freeing themselves from the curse by means of Lunar Illumination may be showing that they were right to support Nysalor all along as his power finally defeats teh curse. Alternatively, the curse might just show them the danger of backing the losing side...

But I don't think all the Telmori will be seduced by the Red Goddess, merely that during the Hero Wars old certainties are thrown away, the pack is split as the wolves argue over which side can best help them to achieve there own ends...
