They were one of the races that evolved on earth, from its trees. The female was their leader and she had a vine hidden up her sleeve that she whipped out at high speed to take down a small robot. They were sadly too human for my liking in their motivations and behaviour. But they definetly look like the elves in King of Dragon Pass the computer game.
