Interesting alternative view. So most people belong to one heroband, and maybe one other?
One thing that I had previously thought was that just because you are affiliated with an organization that you might not be a member of the heroband in question. That is, just because I have "Member of Clan" and the clan has a heroband associated with it, does that automatically imply that I'm a member of the heroband? Could it be that only the "heroes" of the clan are in the band? That the Wyter only lends it's abilities to the clan chieftain and his ring, and maybe the warband? Or somesuch?
On another related topic, do you charge a player for his heroband affiliations at chargen? One HP for each? Or do you assume that they come automatically with the relationships that they get in the keywords that might have associated herobands? That is, does having "Member of Clan" get you into the heroband for free?
