Yep. No charge for belonging to the clan or your bloodline. Of course, they maintain their association with the heroband only so long as they are engaging in the rites and ceremonies of the clan or bloodline. Also, many of these guardians are restricted to a physical place - the tula, the Loom House, the ancestral hall, and so on.
