The Ernaldan and the Ulerian are predominantly "social" characters - but the Odaylan character isn't.
The Ernaldan should probably be trying to have the Ulerian run off the Tula (as a major threat to amle fidelity)
The Ulerian probably ought to WANT to leave the Tula - it's hardly the best place to be for what she wants.
Asking them to suggest a scenario that would work for all 3 might be a good way of demonstrating the problem.
IMHO it would be better to think about the sort of game you all want and get characters designed to fit.
