Agreed. There seems to be a industry strategy of making out-of-print material available for download, so as to avoid the problem of folks not being able to obtain needed world background and generate some revenue. Thunder Rebels and Barbarian Adventures might benefit from this as both are out-of-print. Of course that does not always mean out-of-stock.
However it may be that the work required to put them into that format is the show stopper right now. I know profitability is not supposed to be high if there is a lot of work.
Personally I don't see the need to update either of these to HeroQuest from Hero Wars before making them available - but that might be another concern.
