Issaries does have a page on Drive Thru RPG <http://www.drivethrurpg.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=256_240> but it is currently empty, so I guess there are, (or were) plans to do this, but how advanced they are is another matter. Selfishly, I'd sooner see new print books than old pdfs if it is a matter of priorities, but making this material available would be a generally good thing
