Why yes! There is.

It's called kingofdragonpass

The list is quiet at times but there's bursts of activites and the folks there are generally very helpful with trying to overcome the obstacles on the Road to Kingship.

One hint: Make sure you've got the lastest KODP patch from www.a-sharp.com - I think its 1.5 or so.
