That's boring, though. Born because of Umath and Aether rubbing up against one another and then separating them to keep Aether pure, that's far more fun.

In my Glorantha:
Solar Viewpoint: Entekos came into being to keep Aether from being sullied by Umath. She kept herself pure by not submitting to his advances, although she isn't pure enough to actually enter the Sky, being always just outside.
Orlanthi Viewpoint: Daughter of Umath, she stood on his shoulders and tried to get into the Sky but failed. She's a bit too aloof to be a proper Storm Tribe member which is why she is counted amongst the Lost Storms.
Entekos Viewpoint: Born of Sky and Storm, she keeps Sky away from Storm and Storm away from Sky. She is the Upper Air, the Aloof Air, the Quiet Air, the Sky Air. She is also the source/ancestress of the Pelorian Air Gods.

Anyone seen the Egyptian pictures of the male Earth God piercing the female Sky God with his rampant "mountain"? Replace the Earth God with Umath and the Sky God with Aether and that's probably not what happened. Rub a golden shield/plate with a piece of sheep's fleece and you get static, that's what happened - nothing more.
