You have to watch out for the levels that you are converting though. For example things don't add up if you convert Ralzakark (D:LoD) or the Crimson Bat (Elder Secrets) from their RQ stats. On the Wiki you will find the bat stats for HW/HQ. There is also a recent thread on HQ-Rules group on yahoo that is on this very topic. A chap called Ash made some very shrewd statistical points!

Hope this helps! I must say that I believe if you are going to partake of the epic that is the Seige of Whitewall then Heroquest is the perfect vehicle for your story!
