Hi, just sticking my nose in, if you don't mind!
I do tend to agree with Rob on the whole, that if Issaries REALLY
objected to something, they would simply ask you to take it down.
I recently had to delete a Yahoo group, due to copyright issues,
because the owners involved simply asked me to.
I think we are beginning to go a bit barmy with this whole legal
thing, and getting away from the fact that Glorantha was initially
concieved as a Fantasy world, for us to do with what we will.
(Indeed, I seem to remember Mr Stafford saying that his maps
purposely contained indiscrepancies to this end).
As long as we are not trying to profit off the back of it, and we
duly inform and invite those involved (including permission seeking),
then I can't see anyone in jail just yet!
Sorry if this pees anyone off, but I just see a lot of legal/can't do
such and such/ Oh mercy! Type discussions, where there should be
creative, fun and rewarding ones.
Thanks guys,
Scott
PS: A very good group, great work!
