One of the things I like about Glorantha is that you can easily do a "Lunars are basically good, although some individual Lunars aren't, and they are trying, with genuinely good intent to bring the Light of the Goddess to the backwards and violent barbarians (see how weel it has worked in Tarsh, aren't people happy?)" or a "Lunars are evil Chaos-scum trying to destroy the precious freedom of the free Orlanthi, last bastions of freedom that they are" story very very easily. Or a story anywhere along that continuum. Which is quite a relief compared to most fantasy worlds.
