Dragonewts (and the EWF) are draconists rather than mystics as I've pointed out.

No. The discussion to which you were referring to was strictly about Ingolf and why he should not be considered a mystic. There are draconist mystics just as there are mystics in the towers of yelm, the old wind tempe etc. Obduran the Flyer is a key example of an EWF mystic.
