Since they do tend to use them for their magic, and tattoo them all over
their bodies, I'd say they do. ^_^
IT is a good point, though, in that if they actually think of the runes
as from their gods, they might not think of them as "theirs".
(That doesn't seem to be the way the Sartarites do it, though.)
