Acquiring Esrolia, Land of 10,000 Goddesses

I understand that this was available at conventions in Europe last year and was destined to be available as book 10 of the Stafford Collection. Would anyone know how or when can someone in the USA get a hold of this product?

I can't even find a PDF for sale through the normal (and legal) channels.
