It was that film but the subtitles were only put on the film when shown in the USA. In most cases it was just re-dubbed - "See you, Jimmy" was changed to "Yo, mother!" and the like.
'My Name is Joe' was also given English sub-titles when shown at the Toronto Film Festival.
