Surely this merely recognises that the Gods world existed before the start of time. So a HQer could go back the the time when Yelmalio had the power of fire but he couldn't learn to bring the fire power back to material world because that is after the power has been lost. The way to do so is to beat ZZ at the Hill of Gold which changes things for that worshipper at least. Of course other cult members may take exception to a hero who does such a HQ.

That applies even more to Urox. Some academic might want to know whether Urox could berserk before his war with chaos but the Uroxi don't care and investigating might weaken the magic.

However they might well know. Since feats are based on myths the berserker feat should have a myth associated with it which Uroxi perform to obtain the feat. That myth may well show or at least give a clue as to when and where it originated.

Same thing applies to Aldryami trying to bring back the Green Age. They can HQ to it but doing so doesn't allow them to restore it to the material world.
