Is this a case of Lodril having a Jekyll and Hyde moment, or is Monster Man (through the guise of Derdromos) not seen as part of Lodril in Peloria? (Even if others see him in this way)

In Peloria, Lodril was held captive for a time by Derdromos who is a name for Monster Man.
