In ILH-1, Veskerele the Faceless is said to be the Dara Happan thief god; the equivalent of Lanbril to the Orlanthi. Thief cults being what they are, one imagines that there are other options, and that Veskerele may be known under various different names by different gangs, but he is the suggested default, and so a good place to start.
