A secret road lies through the tunnelled hills to the Plateau of Statues. Godunya had a series of holy scriptures containing the good lore of the EWF from his time in Dragon Pass but he was forced to abandon this in order to reach the Plateau

Sheng Seleris constructed an impregnable hellhole which he kept his worst foes. Both the Red and Yellow Emperors killed themselves then end up here. Some of the Praxian clans who served under Sheng claimed they did so because he had imprisoned a son of Genert there and promised to release him on the condition of faithful service. They served him but Sheng never kept his promise. Supposedly Genert's son is still there.

The Dwarves here are constructing the Doomsday Machine intended to unmake the world. Nobody knows too much about it except that it contains "Chaos spikey bits".

The ducks of the Tunnelled hills are a particularly monstrous chaotic demon. They are unique in their chaoticness in that they cannot be determined to be chaotic by any spell or sense while they are concealing their hideous nature, except when they are out to kill someone.

All right-thinking people clear out of the Tunnelled Hills or stay at Only Safe on Battle Night. This is when an vast spectral horde pours out of the Kingdom of Ignorance and makes its way through Jankley Bore. Once he reaches the tunnelled hills, the dead chaos god and his horde rises from their rest and prepare to do battle in a battle that rivals the Nights of Horrors. No mortal has ever managed to siurvive battle night either alive or sane.
