Basically, any map with a scale in 'km', or, in some cases, that explicitly says 'kilometres' (for example, the map in the Genertela boxed set). Just read the scales as if they really say 'miles', and the scale works out. I believe a number of currently published maps assume that when the old maps said 'kilometres' that was literally what they meant, and figured out a new scale in miles on that basis. For the Lords of the West series, Greg explicitly asked me not to do this, and to assume that 1 km on an old map = 1 mile on a LotW one.

On this basis, incidentally, it turns out that Loskalm is about the size of France, while the Duchy of Tanisor is about seven times the size of Wales (or, in metric units, 3.05 Belgiums).
