I might be willing to carry a reasonable number of pre-releases back to the US from Tentcles, then ship them to those who want them.
Jeff, questions for you:
How big and heavy are these things? I usually limit myself to one smallish bag for Tentacles.
Are you going to limit the number I can tote back for people? Is there, for example, any sort of one book per attendee rule?
Are you going to have any way to sell directly to the people who want the pre-releases?
