We'd all just LOVE to see a Sog City book. I think the prosaic reason why there will be a Pavis book long before Sog City is that it is so much easier to put together the Pavis book. You don't have to start from scratch, but can start off from the wealth of material that has been published previously. The maps are already done etc.

Sog City is the setting of one of the Glorantha campaigns I will never run. Sigh.
