Because the Jrusteli originally had 13 colonies, I've never thought of them sounding anything other than Americans. Which would make the Return to Rightness Seshnegi the English and the Dark Empire the ... well I've said enough.

Brithini would speak incredibly archaic english - where everybody is speaking normal english, they would be speaking in the style of shakespeare and King James'. Their language would also be chock-a-block full of latinisms in the place of ordinary english words like _sui generis_ for one of a kind or _capias_ for arrest.

For the accents I've really gone beyond authentic english accents into stereotypical european accents. Of course a lot of it depends on who's good and who is bad in a particular setting.

ie.

If the Loskalmi are good then they speak proper english. If the Seshnegi are good instead then they speak proper and the loskalmi speak with a range of less than exalted accents....
