I see no point of giving to many deities a mastery rune. Almost EVERY deity is a MASTER of something. Yinkin is a master of sensuality. Does he have a mastery rune? No. Lhankor Mhy is a master of knowledge. Does he have a mastery rune? No. Issaries is a master of trade. Does he have a mastery rune? No.

So why should Hwarin Dalthippa have one?
