Yes, absolutely.

OTOH, Anaxial's Roster specifically says that there are (p. 10), and they have also been mentioned in various articles about, for example, the Rightarm Islands, without anyone (so far as I know) objecting. YGWV, of course, but I believe that such things do exist in canonical Glorantha.
