I don't think you get arch-conservative Dara Happan women! Women in Dara Happa like to display their undoubted beauty and style at every occasion, especially when foreigners are around, just to reinforce the fact that they truly are superior in every respect. They're still considered possessions by the males, of course, but displayed like trophies - and one always displays a trophy, no matter how dented and battered it might be.
