I could have also said Mediterranean (Italian, Greek, Lebanese, etc). But the olive skin and green eyes of the girl in the picture is very Orlanthi.

Nope. Many priestesses wear clothing that is illegal in Afghanistan. Orlanthi have no problem flashing plenty of skin.
