Apologies if I missed this, but what of those Sartarites that claim heritage--via blood, myth and/or legend--from Elmal and his heroes?

I'd consider it entirely possible--nay, probable--that certain bloodlines and/or individuals might display fairer hair as a notable feature.

As indeed for Sun Domers. But they just dye their hair, the ponces. "Streaks, Gaz?" "Yur."
