Correct.
Different methods and so on, of course, and the specialists (the zzaburi, or "sorcerers") are almost always there to help out on the hard stuff. Even sorcerers cannot do most sorcery of the other castes. Plows, threshers, plow-collars (people wear them), and such are their magical items for farmers; for soldiers, swords and armor and boots, etc.; for leaders, their sumptuous "foreigner clothing," the "short scroll" that is long, but never shows or weighs more than a foot of itself or so, and sometimes megaphones, lenses or pens, and of course their all-important seating pillow.
