Alternatively, set yourself up on an RSS feed from the news page and have it delivered to your favourite reader. If you are unsure of what this is about read this: http://www.whatisrss.com/

RSS is a really simple for website to notify you of new stuff and the Gloratha.com site supports it (as do many others).
