In the 3rd Age, circa 1500s, do the ruins of the EWF city of Tikal exist on the NW shore of the river near Dwarf Ford? Is this the correct location of Tikal? Was this city completely leveled either by some invasion of the EWF or by the Dragon Kill? Or are there above ground ruins? Regardless, I am sure the ruins must be thoroughly looted unless Tikal was extremely sizable. If there is some above ground or even cellar structure left I would assume that there might be some Bandit occupation. Is there a published source with a little more information on Tikal during the second age? Did it have a special purpose?
