Being a God learner and knowing the God learner secret aren't exactly the same thing. Those Knowing the Secret is a subset of all Godlearners IMO.

I would exclude those on the basis that they weren't into the draconic thing. Stoneshell the Turtle has been around a long time, but would probably not be considered part of the EWF.
