Uleria was the Mother Goddess, the Bearer. Her manner was to take the plasma of Chaos and grow it into new designs. With her soft arms she reached into Chaos and found the material needed to grow and nurture the world.

The earliest tales exalt chaos and it is called "Mother and Father of the World" in an Ulerian Song while an ancient Earth song of Sacred Time says "there is nothing so wondrous and blessed and chaos, from which we spring and are moulded"
