But a bad black eyes uzko are probably not related to the fire? (a human eye is white with a pupil, probably a blind follower of Dayzatar which has no pupils without fire symbolizes the sky and a symbol of the transcendent view, in real life it is often associated with blind and soothsayers) A worshiper of Yelm or Elmal
who uses his magic could have eyes with a pupil, or ceremonies using his fire magic, whereas a Yelmalio have golden eyes without pupils and not have to be the sign of a great affinity with Yelmalio or could obtain such modfication for sign of great piety. Perhaps this is why Zorak Zoran is represented with a third eye, to represent Amanstan. (In this case, I will represent as a black eye with a red pupil) A troll with such third eye have an affinity with fire, which would make handling easier for him, a gift of Zorak Zoran but also an ability that some cultists among firefriendly could earn.
