Cults of Prax says "Storm Bull dragged himself from the still-raging battle, and hid in the distant Storm Hills. There Chalana Arroy healed him."

S:KoH retells the story slightly differently "who dragged himself to the Storm Hills, where he became the last living god to fall to Death."

The up to date S:KoH version gives us a bit more causality than usual. Him getting healed and then having to die at some point doesn't make much sense in Cults of Prax, S:KoH just has him dying, so he's in the Underworld - where Chalana Arroy is. The timetable of the Lightbringers quest has plenty of room to accommodate this, if Storm Bull arrives on day 10, Wakboth doesn't arrive until day 11. She can then heal him prior to Wakboth arriving. After that battle, she can calm him and make him presentable. Then the procession, and then he climbs into the middle air to sit over the Wastelands.

Using the two week scale of the Lightbringers quest as a very rough scale, puts Waha's birth and death on day 10... He obviously achieves a lot in that timeless day.
