I think that Argrath White Bull is the Argrath of the Argrath Saga who went among the Praxians as a ground man, then recognized the White Bull and acted as an incarnation of Jaldon.

IMG he is the son of a Sartarite woman descended from the Sartar royal family who got taken as a slave by a Praxian khan and who became pregnant just before her kin bought her back at Pimpers' Block. A generation later, her son gets taken as a slave. When succeeding at interacting with the White Bull, the ancestors recognize who his father was.

I would make this Daka Fal shamans rather than the much more powerful (and committed) Horned God tribal shamans. Possibly female shamans, at that - the keepers of lineage lore.
