Most Yelmalio cultists are outside of Dara Happa and thus are barbarians. Moreover, the claims of these barbarians are laughable. They claim their god is the Son of Yelm and heir to the Solar Empire, but if they would only look at the Gods Wall, they would see that their god is Avivorus, the God of the Spear. A sky god yes, but not one of the parts of Yelm or one of the Eight Sons. Silly barbarians.
