This is a bit tricky. Malkioni believe other gods exist just that it's not proper to worship them.

An exception to this are Aeolians who believe that the Orlanthi Gods are manifestations of the Invisible God and partake in their rites. Since Ernalda is an Orlanthi God, the Aeolians will be able to accommodate her worship. (I think they gain spells and affinities but no feats from their mode of worship).

Other forms of interpretation exist but they are mainly to be found in Ralios - the Black Arkati are also in Kethaela but favour darkness not the earth.

As for an orthodox Malkioni and an orthodox Esrolian in the same family, it's possible but not very common.
