OTOH, it seems reasonable that some of His relics still exist (at least in the deep Hero Planes). Much like the Old Leaden Cross of Humakt's Lead Cross Quest is probably a Kargon Tor relic left over and adopted by the new Separation Rune holder, there would be some old Ratslaf relics with great Disorder power, but probably only contactable by very dangerous Quests. If you need to unsink Slontos for a bit, or destroy a chaos nest (and willing to let it stay around as Boggleheim), that may be your only hope, though. I would not have them just _stumble_ upon it unless they have extensive God Learner Era maps that are now wildly wrong to completely misdirect them.

point to the "Yelm" or solar pantheon but he does not appear by that name  on the Wall or in the unfinished works. A fleeting reference in the Guide  (founder of Disorder) remains but ARG! IT IS MISSPELLED!

Ratslaf is correctly spelled with one "l". That's the Cults of Terror spelling which we use consistently through the Guide.
