Ratslaf is one of those deities with two spellings. Cults of Terror (1981) uses the single f spelling, thus does the Cult Companion. The double f first appears in Wyrm's footnotes 5 (1978) The exclusion of the second f in the Guide, while space saving is clearly derived from CoT.

Ratslaf as a contactable entity is gone. The only member of the Celestial court left is Uleria
