Not at all. Ralzakark did not awaken Dorastor, he was awakened by others.
People visited Dorastor after many years, Balazark was one of the first. Even he said that Dorastor seems to have already been partially awakened. It took a while to awaken and the visitors had various degrees of success, ranging from madness, becoming undead or becoming enslaved by chaos.
The Elves of Poisonthorn seemed to have remained alive and active, as did the guardians who kept people away.
