The differences from the Orlanthi cultures that we are more familiar with are 1: Women on top. Men caused the destruction of the world, so the women took over. The Grandmothers suppress the male tendencies to violence without forethought and the male gods that promote these tendencies. But Orlanth is still Ernalda's favourite husband protector. 2: Esrolia is much more cosmopolitan than Heortland and/or Sartar, even away from the cities. So there are many more influences and variations for names.
