What's interesting about the phrasing is that while "the God World snapped back to its original condition," it doesn't seem to be a complete reset. There's no mention of stolen magic being returned or restored, only "lost." Presumably Mr Raccoon is still dead, Dr Rock is missing and the Divine Cup of Victory is broken. The world has changed.
