Yes, its how we've always played it, though I think the metal elemental alignments were also in the Eratta in the back of the RQ2 rule book.

Just for the sake of being perdantic RQ was orginally sold as being a 'Bronze' age setting; In use Gloranthan Bronze is a bit more like iron, and Gloranthan Iron edges toward steel. I've been playing RQ for over 25yrs and its the first time I've ever really considered it.

Though I think next time I get myself geared to run RQ, I might restrict unenchanted Bronze to weapons under 3' (which to be honest only really affects bastard.Great swords), but will keep the metalurgists quiet,

Does Gloranthan Iron rust? did the Styx curse the pain metal to decay in the presence of water?
